MRP Reality acquired three buildings in Philadelphia, PA which included 400 Market Street, The Bourse Building and 325 Chestnut Street. Wick Fisher White provided MEP/ FP design for renovations to the building lobbies and open areas. Specifically, the shared space for tenants on the ninth floor of The Bourse Building included a kitchenette, open lounge and collaboration areas as well as meeting rooms. In addition, our team designed all three of the buildings emergency power systems. Overall, Wick Fisher White helped MRP to update the spaces while creating more modern and safe environments for the tenants.
