Electrical project Engineer
Wick Fisher White is searching for a project engineer to design electrical building systems. The ideal fit for this role will be an electrical engineer with approximately 5-8 years’ experience, who is looking to continue to grow their professional skills.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Perform and be responsible for all aspects of engineering on project in accordance with company standards.
Develop engineering designs in both AutoCAD and REVIT.
Develop and write specifications in Masterspec and drawing format.
Perform detailed field surveys and site visits to project sites.
Delegate work to other engineers and designers and oversee their production and design.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, etc.
Coordinate with the internal team, clients and sub-consultants, which will include attendance at project meetings, site visits during Construction, etc.
Perform systems studies and building evaluations, including Arc Flash Hazard Analyses, Coordination Studies, and Short Circuit Studies with the use of SKM software.
Perform construction administration support, including site visits, RFIs, shop drawing review, attendance at meetings, etc.
Resolve technical challenges.
Engineering degree required, PE preferred.
