New Building Commissioning (NCCx)
Our team provides comprehensive New Building Commissioning (NCCx) services for mission critical/data center, lab & research, corporate office, healthcare, education and pharmaceutical facilities. Tasks performed include creating an Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), design review, commissioning specifications, functional performance test procedures and maintaining an issues log to be implemented into a handover package with a final report. In addition, we can meet your LEED project requirements by providing primary or third-party commissioning. We manage the NCCx process from initial concept through design, construction and occupancy.
