GSK leased 109,000 sf of shell office space in Warren, NJ in order to house its new joint venture, Consumer Healthcare Headquarters with Novartis. Wick Fisher White was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services of administration areas, a research laboratory space and a new state of the art shopper science lab. The administration and laboratory area is a smart working program with an open floor plan to better foster collaboration while allowing for a flexible workplace. The shopper science lab is approximately 10,000 sf and consists of real life store environments to analyze shopper behavior, theater spaces, collaboration rooms for meetings with retail clients and a sensory laboratory space. It also included one of the world’s largest seamless touchscreens to provide a 3D visualization of a retail environment.
