St. Johns Town Center is a 200-acre open air lifestyle center located in Jacksonville, Florida. It opened in 2005 with five anchor stores, more than 100 retail shops, luxury apartments and two hotels. A second phase of the site was opened in 2007 and consisted of about forty retailers and four restaurants.

In September of 2012, Nordstrom announced it would enter the Jacksonville market at The St. Johns Town Center, to be opened in the fall of 2014. The store consisted of two levels, 124,000 sf, and a new wing in the southwest corner of the shopping center behind Louis Vuitton and Brooks Brothers. Wick Fisher White performed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for the 30,000 sf expansion of new retail space. Our team was also responsible for the design of the site utilities, networked fire alarm, sound and building management system. In addition, we coordinated the design with all applicable consultants, contractors and owners.
