Wick Fisher White performed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection design including site lighting and dry utilities for Green Acres Commons which is an open-air two-level retail center is located in Valley Stream, New York. It is located adjacent to the Green Acres Mall and consists of two anchor stores and multiple major "big box" tenants for a total of approximately 350,000 sf. Included in the project was design for new stores such as DICK’s Sporting Goods, Five Below, Burlington Stores, DXL, Ashley Furniture and Homestore, HomeGoods and BJ’s Brewhouse among others.
