Wick Fisher White provided MEP/FP and telecom design and construction administration services for the interior fit-out of approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of leased commercial office space for a financial services client. The new office space included the entire third floor and approximately three-quarters of the second floor.  The fit-out design incorporated the key elements of an interior renovation program, which creates activity-based, collaborative workspaces for their employees.  Included in the fit-out was the construction of new MDF, UPS, and IDF rooms to serve the space.  A new dedicated building automation system was provided to give the client direct, stand-alone monitoring and control of these rooms and their systems via internet connection.
