Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for the fit-out renovation of the second floor at 1111 Old Eagle School Road in Wayne, PA to support the new office space for iPipeline, a leading software developer serving the insurance and financial services industry. This 38,570 SF renovation reimagined the space as a technology-driven workplace designed to support collaboration, innovation, and the evolving needs of iPipeline’s team.
The newly renovated space features open work areas with clustered workstations, enclosed private offices, conference rooms of varying sizes, a welcoming reception area, a flexible social lounge and work café, as well as specialized spaces such as an IT workroom and dedicated server room. The project also included a refresh of the core restroom facilities.
Our team designed integrated MEP/FP solutions that leveraged the building’s existing infrastructure while providing modern upgrades to support technology-focused operations. Highlights of the scope included new heat pumps selected from the landlord’s inventory, supplemental cooling for critical IT spaces, updated branch circuiting for new power and lighting needs, upgraded sprinkler layouts to meet code, and revised plumbing connections for the café and wellness areas.
From design through construction administration, Wick Fisher White provided full-service engineering support, ensuring systems were coordinated with the architect’s vision and aligned with iPipeline’s requirements for functionality, reliability, and comfort.
