Wick Fisher White provided MEP, telecom, and construction administration services for the interior renovation of a three-story, 121,000 SF office building located on a corporate campus in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The project is part of a broader campus-wide initiative to modernize legacy office buildings to align with current workplace and technology standards. This renovation represents one of several similar building upgrades completed by the firm at this location since 2019.

The scope included comprehensive interior system upgrades along with targeted lifecycle improvements to core building infrastructure. Mechanical system enhancements focused on replacing existing building heat pumps with high-efficiency units and upgrading associated controls to improve system performance, reliability, and operational flexibility. New outdoor air energy recovery units were introduced to enhance ventilation effectiveness while reducing overall energy consumption.

Air distribution systems were modernized through the replacement of existing fiberboard ductwork with new sheet metal ductwork, improving durability, indoor air quality, and long-term maintainability. Electrical upgrades included the installation of high-efficiency LED lighting throughout the facility, paired with integrated lighting control systems to support energy savings, occupant comfort, and alignment with current building standards.

.The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.
