Confidential Financial Technology Services Firm Office Expansion & Renovation
Wick Fisher White provided MEP and telecom design and construction services for the phased renovation and fit-out of a 360,000 SF commercial office building for a confidential financial technology services firm in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
The facility consists of two five-story wings connected by a two-story lobby atrium and includes a full-service cafeteria and a dedicated two-level parking structure. The project was executed in multiple phases to allow for continued building operations as areas were vacated and transitioned for new occupancy.
Phases 1 and 2 included the full interior renovation and fit-out of three 30,000 SF floors within one wing. Work involved new huddle, breakout, and conference rooms, open office workstations, and café hubs on each floor. Existing data closets were fully upgraded to meet the client’s current standards, and each floor received new HVAC and lighting control systems. These phases were completed and occupied in 2024.
Phase 3 consisted of the full renovation of the five-story, 150,000 SF second wing, including a ground floor with cafeteria and kitchen upgrades, a new UPS room, and a centralized technology support area. Upper floors were renovated to align with the design and functionality established in earlier phases.
Phase 4 included enhancements to the main lobby and ground-floor amenity spaces, such as a coffee bar, fitness center, and associated locker and restroom facilities. This phase also incorporated site improvements, including new guard shacks, access gates, signage, EV charging stations, and lighting upgrades throughout the parking and drive areas.
Phase 5 completed the renovation of the remaining office areas on the lower levels, finalizing the full building fit-out.
