Essity HQ Cira Center Renovations

Wick Fisher White provided comprehensive MEP/FP design and construction administration services for renovations to Essity’s corporate headquarters located on the 24th, 25th, and 26th floors of the Cira Centre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project encompassed approximately 77,000 square feet across three occupied office floors within a high-rise building.

The renovation was undertaken to support Essity’s projected growth in its Philadelphia workforce. To meet this need, existing office spaces on all three floors were reconfigured to create additional employee offices and workstations while making more efficient use of the existing footprint. Because Essity continued its normal business operations throughout the project, construction was carefully and selectively phased by floor and work area to minimize disruption to staff and daily functions.
