Wick Fisher White designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for the fit-out of Navient Solutions new headquarters in Wilmington, DE. The project involved renovations to the 3rd and 4th floor of the Star Building, totaling approximately 50,000 sf. Navient is the nation’s leading loan management, servicing and asset recovery company. As a part of move, more than 120 employees relocated to their new location. Office space was designed to accommodate executive, compliance, human resources, corporate communications and technology departments.
