Wick Fisher White provided mechanical and electrical design and documentation services for the construction of a new 48,000 sf, two-story automotive dealership. This new facility was designed and constructed with a 16 ft. drop at the rear of the facility that reduced the footprint by 50-percent as it allowed the service department to be constructed below the showroom. The facility includes twenty-one service bays, a fully automated car wash, new alignment equipment and a full assortment of amenities that enrich the customer experience.
