Wick Fisher White performed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for a renovation to over 30,000 sf of existing ground floor retail spaces, resulting in a new PPA customer service office and a Xerox payment center. The project also relocated three existing retail tenants into new spaces with energy efficient HVAC and lighting system. The renovation included the installation of fire protection sprinklers for the first floor retail spaces, an emergency generator, replacement of an existing elevator, new exterior and garage lighting and major façade renovations.

The project also included enclosing the adjacent parking level utilized by the local DEA. This secure area, used for storage of vehicles impounded by the authorities, required the design of a new garage ventilation system as well as a new dry type fire protection sprinkler system.
